Our Story

We Don't Skip the Fire

Charcoal Tacos was born from a simple belief: the best tacos taste like they were made by someone who actually cares. Not a franchise manual, not a speed record — actual care.

Every protein hits an open charcoal grill. Every tortilla is pressed to order. Every salsa is made in-house, and we toss it out at closing if anything's left over. It's slower than the drive-thru model, but it's the only way we know how to do it.

We opened on Vista Way because this is our neighborhood, and we want the people who live here to have a place that tastes like home — even if home is a food truck that learned how to cook right.
